With websites now being ubiquitous across almost all markets many businesses are looking for their site to improved and not necessarily a complete redesign. One recent such case was the website of Stonemaier Games — a successful board game publication company based in St Louis.
Improved Navigation
With a growing collection of games Stonemaier needed their website structure and navigation updating. We started by introducing a dedicated navigation for the games and then a secondary navigation incorporating the rest website areas.
Better Responsive Framework
With so much website use now coming from mobile devices and a range of tablet sizes, it’s essential that every website is build upon a solid and flexible responsive framework. A responsive website will automatically adapt it’s design and layout to the size of the screen being used to view it.
On Stonemaier Games we introduced the Skeleton framework to significantly improve the websites usability on smart phone and smaller devices.
WordPress Integration
The website’s WordPress integration was also greatly improved, including the use of custom fields, galleries and page templates.
